We check it before you sign
The protocol you sign with the developer is an important document. Before you sign, we inspect the apartment and put in writing everything that does not match the contract.

Why not inspect the apartment yourself
Many defects are not visible to the naked eye: uneven walls, hollow spots in the screed, incorrect falls, badly adjusted windows. It takes experience, tools and time.
When defects are recorded in the protocol before signing, the developer has a clear list of what to fix. That way the finishing work starts from a sound base.

FAQ
Is the handover inspection free?
Yes, with a contract for Package 2, 3 or 4. As a standalone service, the price depends on the area and level of completion – just ask.
Shouldn’t the developer have finished the apartment by Act 16?
Not necessarily. Act 16 certifies that the building is fit for use, not that the apartment is turnkey. How far the developer finishes the apartment is set by your contract – check what yours says. This is general information, not legal advice.
When should I contact you – at Act 14, 15 or 16?
Ideally at Act 14. There is then time for an unhurried design, for changes to electrics and plumbing while the walls are still open, and for early orders of kitchen, doors and furniture. We can also start at Act 15 or 16 – the overall time to the keys is then usually longer.
